Margaret Lake [2 hike reports]
Washington > Central Cascades > Snoqualmie+Pass Trailhead Location | Hike Reports

The hike to Margaret Lake is littered with views of clearcuts and I-90 below. In fall, blueberry and ash are very colorful, making this an excellent hike for the season. The temperature is mild and the hike is pretty easy over the ridge to Margaret Lake. There are several camp spots around the southern end of the lake and steep slopes, carved by avalanche chutes, shoot up toward Mount Margaret.

Forest Service Road is covered in snow and I was unable to reach the trailhead. Probably will need to wait a couple more weeks until this hike will become accessible.
